Frequently asked questions
How many cameras does my office need?
It depends on the number of doors, rooms, and areas to watch. We count them during the survey and provide a point plan before the quotation.
How long can footage be kept?
It depends on the number of cameras, resolution, and NVR disk capacity. We usually design for 14 to 30 days, or longer if required.
Can it be viewed from a phone?
Yes. We set up the VIGI app and access for owners or security staff, including several branches at once.
Can existing cameras be reused?
We can check them first. Older cameras that still work can be connected, and an AI layer can be added through our CCTV Analytics service.
Which areas do you serve?
Our field team is based in Samarinda and serves East Kalimantan. Other locations in Kalimantan and Indonesia can be discussed per project.
