How long does a typical implementation take?
A pilot can start within 2–4 weeks. A full rollout of an integrated solution usually takes 2–6 months depending on scale — we start with a small, measurable pilot before scaling up.
Is client data secure, and can it be hosted on-premise?
Yes. All our products support on-premise or private cloud deployment. For government and financial clients, we usually recommend the on-prem option with full audit logs.
Can Sentra integrate with the systems we already use?
Yes — this is one of our strengths. Our integration team regularly connects legacy ERP, HRIS, CCTV, and other databases to the Sentra platform via API or custom connectors.
Do we have to subscribe to every product?
No. Start with the most urgent product (e.g. Attendance or Smartlock), then add more as your operations require. There is no vendor lock-in.
What about after-sales support?
Our support team is 100% in-house and based in Indonesia. SLA packages are available with response times of 1–4 hours depending on the tier, and our field team can be on site for large implementations.
Does Sentra only serve East Kalimantan?
No. We are based in Samarinda, but our projects span many provinces. Implementation combines on-site and remote teams.
Does Sentra serve international clients?
Yes. We have handled projects for international clients such as 1Ci Enterprise and MBC Entertainment. Cross-border implementations are run remote-first in English, and on-site visits can be arranged as needed.
Can our existing CCTV be used?
Yes, as long as the image quality and positioning are adequate. Sentra's AI layer runs on top of existing cameras; where coverage falls short, we recommend adding only what is needed.
