Frequently asked questions
Can it run without grid power?
According to the manufacturer's brochure, the system can run fully independently (off-grid). Suitability for your load must be calculated from the load list and hours of use.
How long does installation take?
The brochure says no complex foundation is needed. Real time depends on site and model, and is confirmed in the quotation.
How much does it cost?
Price depends on configuration and quantity, and follows the manufacturer's official quotation. Contact Sentra to request one.
Can it run heavy equipment?
It depends on inverter power and battery capacity. Peak load and starting current must be calculated before choosing a model.
What about warranty?
Warranty and after-sales follow the manufacturer's terms and are stated in the quotation.
