North Barito Regency (Kabupaten Barito Utara) won the Digital Innovation Award 2026 with POMPy BATARA, the regency's thematic map portal. Sentra Technology was involved in developing the portal together with the North Barito Regency communications and informatics office (Diskominfosandi).
What is POMPy BATARA?
POMPy BATARA is a thematic map portal (One Map) and regional dashboard. It integrates spatial and thematic data from various regional agencies into a single view, making development information easier to access and read in its regional context.
The portal is available at pompy.baritoutarakab.go.id.
Why does regional data need to be unified?
Regional data is usually scattered across many offices and formats. When that data is shown on the same map, leaders and the public can see how pieces of information relate — for example, the distribution of facilities across areas — as a basis for more data-driven decisions.
